All skaters and their parents/obligors/guarantors agree to be bound by all of the language in the applicable Skater Handbook. It is the responsibility of the skaters and/or their parents/obligors/guarantors to obtain a copy of the applicable Skater Handbook. The handbook was made available at the Skater/Parent meeting. Additionally, copies may be requested by contacting Kristina Glisson at kristinaglisson@comcast.net. Failure to pay any fee on time may result in dismissal from the team upon seven (7) days notice to said skater and their parents/obligors/guarantors of said delinquency. *

General Financial Responsibilities *

I understand and acknowledge that the commitment fee of $300 is due with the submission of this form and is non refundable.
I understand and acknowledge that the monthly fee of $300 or, $309 if paid online, is due by the 10th of each month starting in June 2025 and ending in February 2026 as described in the Skater's Handbook.
I understand and acknowledge that the monthly fees are subject to change due to a change in the number of skaters or in the event costs significantly increase.
I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for the fees associated with transportation, travel accommodations, meals, clothing and other team expenses, as described in the Skaters Handbook.
