Registration Jr, Sr & Sr Elite 12

Ages 17 and older, must have passed Gold Skating Skills (formerly Senior Moves in the Field) test for Senior and Senior Elite 12 levels.

Ages 13 to 19 years, must have passed Pre-Gold Skating Skills (formerly Junior Moves in the Field) test for Junior level.

If you plan to audition for more than one division, please pay and register with the higher level division.

If you are a student enter the school you attend. If you are employed enter employer name.
If you have a current passport please enter the passport number, date issued and date it expires.
If you were a Crystallette during the 2023-2024 season, select the division. If you weren't a Crystallette please indicate that on the dropdown menu.
If you were at any time a Crystallette please indicate the number of season you skated as a Crystallette.
If you participated in synchro organizations other than the Crystallettes please enter the name of the organization(s) and the number of seasons.
Enter the name of your home figure skating club.
Please register and pay the fee for the higher level division. Indicate the level above for the additional audition you plan to attend.
